Right to withdraw consent: As a data subject, you have the right to revoke any consent you have given in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO. The revocation has no influence on the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer as well as the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our web presence. Therefore we use social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which are operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plugins can display content on the website such as graphics, text contributions or videos or elements for interaction. Within our online offer, contents and functions of the Instagram service may be integrated. They are offered by Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. This may include, for example, content such as images, videos or text and buttons that allow users to respond to the content. If the Users are members of Instagram, Instagram may associate the access to the content and functions with the respective profiles of the Users. Contact form and contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, the information you provide (e.g. e-mail address, name, message) will be stored on the server of our hosting provider squarespace.com for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions. We have concluded a contract with squarespace.com for commissioned data processing, in which the company undertakes to protect the data of our users. The processing of data related to the contact is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time and request the deletion of this data. The data provided by you when contacting us will be stored until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent for storage, or the purpose for which the data was stored ceases to apply - unless there are legal requirements that require a longer period of storage.

Embedded YouTube videos

On the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, we embed videos from YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA on some of our websites in order to be able to offer video content to our users. When you visit a page with embedded YouTube video, a connection to servers of YouTube is established. This tells Youtube which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can personally track your surfing habits. You can prevent this by first logging out of your Youtube account.

We use the extended data protection settings offered by YouTube so that only when the user starts a video are cookies set by the provider, which collect information about user behaviour.

If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad programme, you will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
